Licensed information technologies and hardware/software are used for the design and engineering services. The building is modeled in a computerized medium during design stage after which the “Design and Application Documents” including all the information required until the end of construction are prepared and submitted for customer approval. These documents contain information on the required material, equipment and tools from the start of the work up to its completion as well as the method, application projects and details, material lists, quality information and technical specifications. The assigned project management group carries out the purchasing, manufacturing and applications in accordance with the document that has been approved by the customer. A copy of the design documents is given to the customer enabling them to inspect the work.
